The California High-Speed Rail Authority, in cooperation with design-build contractor Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV), announces shoulder closures along eastbound and westbound State Route (SR) 198, between SR 43 and Seventh Avenue in Kings County for ongoing work at the Hanford Viaduct. Work is scheduled to begin Friday Sept. 8, 2023, and will continue through September 2024.
